However, we will accept orders for mailed transcripts and will process as time permits. Mailed paper transcript requests need to be made in person in the Registrar's Office. Cost and Fees
The cost for each transcript using the National Student Clearinghouse transcript service is $5 and must be paid using a major credit or debit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed. Transcript pickup from our office will now have a $10 fee.
Please Note: We are located in Plattsburgh, New York, NOT Clinton, Iowa. If you attended CCC in Clinton Iowa, you must contact their school directly for a transcript.

Want an unofficial Transcript?
Unofficial transcripts can be printed from our website on the student portal. All current and past students may access their portal. If you do not remember your username or password, or have not activated your portal, just go to: . Click "Activate Your Account." Once you have completed this form, you will receive your username. Go to the login page and use the username and password you just created and you will be entered into your student portal. Click "Letter Transcript" on the left hand menu and it will produce an unofficial transcript that you may print.
